Exploring yoga through synchronicity of Body, Breath and Mind. Focus on Pranayama (breathing) with some gentle Asana (movement), sometimes including Mantra and Vedic chanting (sound). A safe space to develop and start an enquiry on what may become a lifelong practice that you can take away and use whenever and wherever you are on life’s journey.
