Service Description

Depending on what you want to get out of your practice, we can have a chat and then create a bespoke self practice for you, which can be done at a time that suits you and for as long as you can realistic set time aside to practice (most people have 20-30 min personal practices created for them). I can come to you or hire a studio (additional to session cost) or we can connect on-line.
