KM-Yoga operates small classes with limited spaces. When you book a class, your place is reserved for you and may prevent another student from attending.

Weekly Classes

If you are unable to attend a booked class:

• 24 hours’ notice or more: your booking may be transferred to another suitable class or held as a class credit, subject to availability.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the class will be charged in full and no refund or credit will normally be given.

Class payments and credits are not transferable to another person unless agreed in advance with KM-Yoga.

Where a class is purchased as part of a monthly plan, block or membership, missed sessions are subject to the same cancellation terms and are not automatically refundable.

Cancellations by KM-Yoga

If KM-Yoga needs to cancel a class, you will be offered either:

• a transfer to another suitable session;

• a credit towards a future class; or

• a refund for the cancelled session.

Where reasonably possible, students will be notified of cancellations as early as possible.

Courses, Workshops, Seminars & Special Events

Courses, workshops, seminars, teacher training and other special events may have their own cancellation and refund conditions. Where separate terms are provided at the time of booking, those terms will apply.

Where a course includes access to recordings, handouts, digital resources or other course materials, access to these materials may affect eligibility for a refund once the course has begun or the digital content has been supplied.

Online Classes

For classes delivered online, participants are responsible for having a suitable device, practice space and stable internet connection.

Refunds will not normally be issued where a participant is unable to join, or experiences technical difficulties with their own equipment or internet connection.

If KM-Yoga experiences a technical problem that prevents the session from being delivered, an alternative session, recording, credit or refund will be offered as appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances

KM-Yoga understands that illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Where appropriate, exceptional circumstances may be considered individually and at KM-Yoga's discretion.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
