Cancellation Policy

KM-Yoga Class & Practice Policy Bookings & Payments All classes must be booked in advance where possible. Your booking secures your space in the class. Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in advance. Cancellations If you are unable to attend a class: 24 hours’ notice or more: your class may be transferred or credited Less than 24 hours’ notice: the class will be charged in full This allows time to offer your space to another student. Practice Handouts & Recorded Material All practice handouts, recordings and supporting materials provided by KM-Yoga are shared to support your personal practice and development. They are intended for individual use only. These materials may not be: Shared, copied or distributed, Taught, adapted or used in a teaching context, Reproduced in any format without prior written permission from KM-Yoga. This ensures the integrity of the teaching and respects the lineage from which these practices are offered. Online Classes (Zoom) Where classes are delivered online: A stable internet connection is the responsibility of the participant If connection issues arise, recordings (where available) will be shared Refunds are not issued for technical difficulties beyond our control Respect for Practice All teachings are offered with respect to the classical Yoga tradition. Students are encouraged to approach practice with awareness, consistency and care, and to communicate any concerns or changes in health.
