500-Hour Viniyoga® Teacher Training
Dorset 2026–2029

A three-year in-person professional training rooted in the living tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar.

A breath-centred, adaptable and deeply personal approach to teaching Yoga.
Designed for practitioners who wish to honour Yoga as a path of transformation — not performance.

Why Train with KM-Yoga?

This training honours Yoga as a living relational discipline.
Rather than offering a fixed style, you will learn how to adapt āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and meditation for the needs of real people in real lives.

You will learn to:

• Teach from personal practice
• Adapt intelligently and safely
• Understand classical texts
• Integrate philosophy and practice
• Work confidently with diverse bodies and contexts

A Gradual Three-Year Journey

This is not an intensive certification weekend.
It is a gradual unfolding.

Eight weekends per year
Two longer intensives
Six regular weekends
Small group setting
Personal mentoring
