Welcome to Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy offers a personalised, breath-centred approach to support your health and wellbeing through the tools of Yoga.
Sessions are adapted to the individual and may include gentle movement, breathing practices, relaxation, meditation and simple home practices designed to support daily life.
Rooted in the teachings of Yogācārya T. Krishnamacharya, Śrī TKV Desikachar and ongoing study with Dr Kausthub Desikachar, this approach recognises that Yoga should respond to the needs of the person — not ask the person to fit a fixed method.
Whether you are seeking support with stress, fatigue, recovery, persistent pain, nervous system regulation or simply looking for a calmer and more individual approach to practice, Yoga Therapy begins where you are.
